Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

No, Turnkey ROI works with your existing website. Self service customers will need to install a small snip of code or install a WordPress Plugin to enable tracking and reporting and conversion optimization. For full service customers, our team will handle everything.
Internet advertising requires a website! For full service customers, if needed, we will register a domain and setup a basic WordPress web site at no extra charge.
Self service customers write their own ads. We create all ads and marketing materials for full service customers.
Self service accounts are responsible for their own social media marketing. For full service accounts, as a part of lead nurturing and SEO, we will post content to an agreed upon set of social accounts. We will create and configure social media accounts at no extra charge. If you already have social media accounts, we will use those accounts.
Except for special projects, all Turnkey ROI accounts are month-to-month. However, much of the first 2-3 months is spent getting things setup and optimizing conversions, so we highly recommend that you invest in a minimum of 4 months (ideally 6), to ensure that you will have enough time to see positive results.
Turnkey ROI always respects your advertising budget, but Turnkey ROI fees do not include fees paid to Google, Yelp and other advertising networks. These fees are paid directly by the customer.
Advertising costs are highly dependent on the traffic source and target market. We work with our full service accounts to create a customized monthly budget. The Internet advertising budget for a typical small business on our full service plan is $1,000/month for the first 4 months.
